AI & Model Training
Standard FrequenSea licenses do **not** grant permission for AI model training or the creation of synthetic datasets using creator assets.
Redistribution Ban
You are licensing high-fidelity audio for synchronization. Reselling or distributing the original file as a standalone product is strictly prohibited.
Rights administration is separate
A FrequenSea licence defines transaction rights. It does not automatically register the work with a collecting society (like SAMRO or CAPASSO). If you have separate rights relationships, those remain your responsibility to manage.
